The young man working tonight, Ashton has phenomenal customer service skills! I placed an online order but, when I got there, it was not in their system. I showed Ashton my bank statement and he called his manager to ask him what he should do and they made me an order while I was in the store.He could’ve easily said I’m sorry it’s not in my system and you will have to call corporate tomorrow to get a refund and then I would have to pay again for a new order and wait for a refund.
