My dad orders a 3 in spicy Italian at every subway we goto but this one said can't do it. I ordered a foot long dipper but they have the flat bread unfrozen. A customer asked about tea they said they don't offer it anymore. The only bright star we the gentleman that worked the window and cashier while the other employees were busy in the back. My order was wrong but still mostly good. My salad was missing the meat it came with plus extra meat and cheese I ordered. Order was in the app. Also the cucumbers were extremely bitter and inedible.
I just waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes with no other traffic coming in or out and one car in front of me at the window the ENTIRE time. So I back out of the drive thru and go in and there is a line of people waiting, the boy that’s supposed to making sandwiches is panicking and not taking any orders (a good in the bank for a bit, but I’m pretty sure he’s Down syndrome so it’s not his fault at all), and the girl at the register is just standing grabbing away from the register picking a piece of tape or something off t... read more
