Last weekend I visited this Subway location with my kids. Had enjoyed our lunch and staff was very helpful for selecting menu.we had great experience of customer service in this downtown location. Thank you Purvi for giving play cards and gift to my kids.
The staff is fantastic, however the owners are not. They ask for tips on the machines, but beware that they keep all the tips, and none of it goes to staff.
We had an emergency situation with staff working overnight shifts at our office during this long weekend, and we were struggling to find anyone who could cater breakfast on short notice. Most places were either too busy or unable to accommodate a large order due to the holiday. Thankfully, we came across Manish at this Subway location, and he truly went above and beyond. Uber Eats wouldn’t allow an order over $200, but when I called directly at 11pm, Manish quickly and professionally helped us place a large breakfast order. ... read more
