Ordered online and my bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. It just crumbled apart. First time at this location amd I would say it's probably my last unless they improve on quality.
Very fresh except for the bread. This is a common complaint of mine in almost all franchises I have been to. They either overcook the bread or drys out waiting to be used. Miss the local bakery bread they used to use. Always fresh.
I ordered a steak and bacon wrap, they forgot the bacon, not the biggest deal but then I went to have a bite of my soup and it was literally not heated at all, colder than room temperature. The staff also seemed very quiet and not very social. I won't go back
We came here for dinner today on oct 30 2025 and the philipino lady who helped us was very rude. She was not listening to what i said and was asking “what u want” in very rude way. Recently moved to this neighborhood and will not be visiting this location anymore
