My husband went here around 7 PM tonight and got a BLT with extra bacon which means 16 pieces that would be double bacon on a foot-long sandwich and I wanted it extra crispy and only my bacon cooked. My husband told the guy making my sandwich four times and he said yeah I will I know I get my sandwich. It’s a foot-long. My son and I got two subs to go. When we got home he noticed a black spot on the bottom of his bread that had hairs stuck in it. It looked like the bread might've fallen on the ground or somebody put the bread where it didn't belong. We cut that piece of the bread out and he ate the rest of it (cautiously) but it was absolutely a gross thing to see on food. Edited: After posting this review I got a call from Keri one of the managers. She apologized for my experience and explained the situation that the young kid was new and still learning. I appreciate her taking the time to reach out to me and try to rectify the situation. She told me I could come in and get my meal remade. I really appreciate her trying to make it right. Very slow. I am here in person and they said they had 3 mobile orders ahead of me. I am the only one sitting in line waiting to order in the drive through and it is taking FOREVER. I guess if you don’t use a mobile app you are punished .
