It was clear that the general manager (the big hairy guy) had not been there today, the store looked great and the food was fresh! Someone please give the assistant manager a promotion! I normally don’t eat at this location due to recently having some hair on my bread , however I may start going as long as he’s not worked that day.
All the staff always have positive attitudes. The food is always amazing and fresh. Can't wait to come back
I’ve been debating on leaving a review on here for a little bit now and decided I need to say something. A few weeks ago I went to this location to get dinner for my husband and I, and when I tell you I have never felt more uncomfortable. The man who took my order -I believe his name was Kendall or Kenneth- was so unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. His attitude towards his customers and his staff were absolutely outrageous! I called in to get prices for sub platters. I started with a small group to compare with a group of 75 or more to feed and was cut short by the man working Monday, July 14, 2025, approximately 1:45 pm, at Habersham Hills location. He shouldn't have answered the phone to cut me short if he was working with a long line of people.
