I placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. They never received the order but I got charged...no big deal...so I asked for the manager to see if we could make it right. The manager walked out with about 4 other people, not im uniform I might add...Carol (the manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional from the get go and refused to provide a refund or make the sub I was charged for. Its been 3 days and I have yet to receive a refund or a call back from any sort of management.
I had 2 hairs in my sub. I’d make sure everyone is wearing proper hair nets when making food.
I dont know if its every time but the older woman working on 12/2/25 at around 11:30AM was not helpful. My subs were barely toasted to where the cheese wasn't even melted and the woman did not want to put appropriate amount of toppings on subs. She was very rude despite myself being very polite. Do not recommend and plan to avoid this place if changes are not made.

It has been at least 2 years since we ordered from this subway because EVERY TIME we would order online and PAY for extras, we would NEVER GET THEM... figured maybe they got it together by now. Nope. This time was NO different. No surprise there. Ordered extra bacon, and there was barely bacon on it at all. We live so close we could walk to this subway, but I guess we'll continue to drive to mt gilead location instead. Brought this issue up to a manager 2 years ago and nothing was ever done.
