Im not usually a fan of Subway, but we go every so often because my husband loves it. We went in last night and had an absolutely wonderful customer service experience from the gentleman working named Jasper! He was kind, attentive and overall wonderful. 10/10, he deserves a raise! Thank you Jasper.
Absolutely the worst most expensive sub I have ever had. 14.00 before adding anything -ended up being 20$ for a sub with no drink or anything else!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! No wonder there were zero customers at 5 pm supper time . Pathetic. Quiznoes is so much better -wish they had one here still.
We always go out of our way to stop in here for a quick bite on roadtrips. This store is the cleanest Subway I have ever been in and the service is always phenomenal. Today, Jaspreet was exceptional; we have a food allergy and as soon as it was mentioned he immediately changed his gloves (without being asked), got fresh vegetables to ensure there was no cross contamination, and made me the best sandwich I have had at a subway. Visited the largest Subway — the store is definitely giant and spacious. I had heard so many positive reviews about it over the past 5 years and was excited to finally experience it while traveling from the Lower Mainland. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. I ordered a Veggie Pattie Footlong Sub, but the bread quality felt compromised and the veggies didn’t seem fresh.
