Let me start by saying how rude and unprofessional the manger with red hair and the owner were, and not just to me! I bought a meal and right before i left the manger with red hair told me “you could come in and get free refills on your cup if the owner isnt here” and since i’m working down the street, i decided to. Very slow and unfriendly service.
I recently visited the Subway in Ridgway, PA with my parents, who had never been to a Subway before. The employees were exceptionally patient and understanding, taking the time to explain the menu and the ordering process without making anyone feel rushed or uncomfortable. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help, which made the experience much smoother for my parents. Went to buisness today at 8:30 buisness is open till 9:00 doors were locked 4 people inside laughing when i gestured to hours of operation on door this is theft from owner of buisness very hilarious
