Lady with the red hair was rude to me. Also seen a cop drag a poor young kid in to pay for a refill even though he paid for the drink before. Didn't know the 2.50 was detrimental to Subway.
Let me start by saying how rude and unprofessional the manger with red hair and the owner were, and not just to me! I bought a meal and right before i left the manger with red hair told me “you could come in and get free refills on your cup if the owner isnt here” and since i’m working down the street, i decided to. They then proceed to call the cops and threaten to charge me with petty theft.
