I usually enjoy visiting this Subway location. On our first visit, we were helped by a gentleman who was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The food was great, and the service left a really good impression. However, during our second visit, we were very disappointed with the service we received from an employee named Prableen. Very rude and arrogant staff
We visit this Subway regularly and always enjoy the fresh food and friendly service, but it's really disappointing to see that the air conditioning hasn’t been working for the past 3 to 4 weeks. The restaurant gets extremely hot, especially with the ovens and toasters running all day, and it’s clearly very uncomfortable for the hardworking staff. The AC has been out for weeks at your [2075 b pembina] store, and the employees are clearly suffering in this heat. It’s not just uncomfortable – it’s unsafe. Please prioritize fixing this as soon as possible. I was there today for my order and there was few customers before me and waited for 10 minutes,,, and the heat was killing me but two girls was working there. I don’t know how they are working in that heat. I salute to them. If the manager and the subway owner can’t fix the ac they should compensate to there employees.
