Ordered through doordash, and the 6 inch was hard, with little meat. Sandwich was mostly bread.
I place order through the app at 12:01p, the app marked it as ready at 12:20p, I waited at the subway past 12:30p at which point, I realized they still hadn’t even started making the sub so I told them I had to leave and to cancel the order, at which point he took the receipt to the register which I assumed was to void it. I then saw the app marked the order as picked up so I went back the next day to confront them. Edittt!!! It won’t let me take down my former review but they have redeemed themselves majorly! I came back a week later and my salad was made perfectly and the customer service was great! Everything perfect from the two young gentlemen! Take the time to drive to a different location. I have been to this location multiple times in the last month and decided to try again today to see if any better. It wasn’t. As a previous subway team lead I know what the quality should be.
