I placed an online order for takeout, and when I got home to eat our subs, they had barely any sauce and were very dry. I emailed the store, and the manager was helpful enough to give me a free sub, which I appreciated. My husband went to pick it up for me to take to work, but the experience was just as frustrating. They should hire people that actually know how to speak English, can read a total back to you. Service was horrible and they didn’t even put hardly anything on our subs

Ordered a tuna on flat bread, lady smeared a small spoon of tuna on it, the sandwich was so thin it wasn't worth what I paid. They put up the metal thing so you can't see how much of anything they are putting on it, so its a surprise when you sit down to eat it. Seems like quality has went down while prices have gone up. If I could give 0 stars I would these people have nothing but a attitude with anyone and everyone and can’t even make your sandwich right because they don’t understand what you say it has gone down hill since the new people have been there 😡
