Tuesday March 18 at 7:00pm I ordered a tuna sub and a meatball sub off the app at this location I normally go to the one on the west side because they never mess anything up. So I went to a few stores got home and there were things I don’t eat on the sub. So I called the store and asked can I get a new one I just got home the sub has not been touched. The food was great, the people making the food were fantastic and kind. I absolutely do not appreciate watching the employees having to pause on making my food to be reprimanded for something petty, like trying to stay warm, right in front of customers. It couldn't wait a moment and be done privately? As a manager myself, this is HIGHLY unprofessional and rude. Value your employees a little better, they do a great job. I'm very upset.
