First time here it was a feminine guy He said it would be a 20 or 30 minute wait and it was only one person in front of us he was rude and disrespectful how he said it that is not how you do customer service or handle a customer especially they first time there
There was someone in front of me . He rang them out and then was gonna use the same gloves to make my food. Then I asked him if he was gonna change his gloves. He got kind of nasty.
I don’t usually leave reviews for chain restaurants, but I felt it was worth sharing this experience for the sake of Pemberville’s already limited dining options. For context: I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich, and my wife had the meal-of-the-day, a Tuna sandwich. Service & Staff The staff seemed fairly new and a bit unsure of the process. Young kid behind the counter said “ it’ll be a 15 minute wait “ disappearing to the back with no further explanation. No one in line, no one in the drive thru, and no orders.
Orders 2 subs for dinner on 7/7/25 and whoever was working was snobby through the drive thru didn’t put hot honey on subs or even toast them
