The location was closed @8:30 even though posted hours is open till 10:00. Employee was seen inside cleaning. Wasted our time driving to this restaurant. Will not return and do not recommend.
Just had one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences ever. I placed an online order that included a 20 oz bottled root beer. No big deal, I figured — if they were out of bottles, I’d just take a fountain drink instead. But when I asked, they told me I couldn't have a fountain drink because of “inventory reasons.” Seriously? You count every single cup? Fountain drinks are cheaper than the bottles. They are understaffed and take more than 30 mins to fulfill orders. Go to any other aubway.
