We were visiting the gorgeous Island of Hawaii, and needed fuel for a hiking trip. We stopped at this location, and a very nice lady, who was dressed adorable, helped our family. We got 5 subs, 2 footloose and 3 6". She made the subs perfectly for us all. She was very friendly, and professional. Plus she was super fast!! Amber, you are a Rockstar Subway employee!! Ordered doordash requested Italian herb and cheese as well as peperjack cheese and for it to be toasted got a non toasted sandwich with provolone cheese and the wrong bread
The location was closed @8:30 even though posted hours is open till 10:00. Employee was seen inside cleaning. Wasted our time driving to this restaurant. Will not return and do not recommend.
Just had one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences ever. I placed an online order that included a 20 oz bottled root beer. No big deal, I figured — if they were out of bottles, I’d just take a fountain drink instead. But when I asked, they told me I couldn't have a fountain drink because of “inventory reasons.” Seriously? You count every single cup? Fountain drinks are cheaper than the bottles.
