Terrible customer service. The lady who took our order was extremely rude, impatient , and clearly didn’t want to be there. She rushed us and made us feel uncomfortable, as if she was doing us a favor by serving us. Instead of being helpful, her tone and behavior came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Customer service like this really ruins the overall experience. Completely unacceptable behavior—won’t be coming back.
I always like coming to this Subway but, today was a new face behind the counter. I was greeted by her from behind the wall. I stood there for about a minute or two waiting for her to come out. She came out and washed her hands with no smile, no thanks for waiting. She was very brash and I felt like asking her if I did something to upset her. I hope her days gets better…..
Lady was rude from the get go. Wanted to charge extra for toppings. She wanted to charge extra to wrap 2 6in separately to make it easier for the family.
Of all the subways we go to on the island, there is always great customer service. But the henry street subway was worst service ever!( it's our first and last time in this one). I didn't want to go in because my foot was sore so i sent my wife instead! So she went inside in a good mood to get us sandwiches for dinner but came out of there in a bad mood and bent out of shape.
