Sunday June 22, 2025 It was around 6 pm, I ordered a pick-up online for 6 footlong subs. As soon as I hit the "Pay & complete" to put in the order, I realized I didn't ask for it for Monday morning NOT Sunday night. Immediately I called the Subway...16 times...until they closed. They never answered. If they would have answered in the first or second call, I would have asked for them to make the order for the next morning. I'm dashing waiting on a order and still not allowed to use the restroom because of tweekers they say I'm highly offended
Staff was rude and slow. They have restrooms displayed but keep them locked, when you asked about a key, they look at you with disgust and in a snarky manner, “We don’t have public ones. Very distasteful service.
Last few times I’ve gotten subs here they have been out of numerous staples… cheese, spinach, cucumbers, meatballs, marinara, certain bread types, etc. The people who work here are great! But it is clear the owner has lost interest. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
