Why can this subway never get 1 single order right?! Everything from wrong ingredients, to missing items altogether. Your phone system sucks also, can’t even understand the person on the other end. I’d order from a different location but the app won’t let me. 😡😡😡
I ordered online and it said they had olives but when I got my subs they didnt have the olives I paid for and it took them 12+ minutes after it said it would be done to even start making my subs. So I went back and asked to speak to a manager about a refund for said olives. No manager was present so they called her and she said there was nothing that she could do but the owner was coming in the morning.
