I came here to see if Subway had any reviews cause this is the one in Englewood not realizing it’s the one at Walmart. I’m just curious to see that nobody has messaged or replied back to these reviews and most of these reviews are they don’t let you get as much veggies as you want on your sandwich and toppings and that they are very rude at this subway. I don’t think there is a limit on your toppings. No thank you I will drive to Huber Heights. These restaurants just hire anybody these days.
Worst customer service ever
Tried to order a veggie delight but the kid behind the counter wasnt allowed to put much lettuce because the mgr said she wasnt allowed. Then went on to tell me they limit all veggie toppings. I asked her "do they give a discount when people don't get many toppings "? Deer in the headlights responses with "I just work here".....would have gone to the one infant of Walmart but they closed early. Terrible Subway. Felt bad for the kid.
- RUDE !! Apparently, it’s an inconvenience to walk-in and have one sub made. The girl working this evening asked if I had an online order as soon as I walked in- when I told her that I didn’t - she immediately rolled her eyes so dramatically , and took a loud deep breath as she was walking up to grab the sub paper . I immediately felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome in that moment since I was obviously such an inconvenience to her- so I told her , “It’s fine, I’ll just go somewhere else.” and just left.
