No chocolate ice cream The bin was empty, no vanilla ice cream. Employee of course doesn't know when the ice cream will come in. When you ask for a sample of an ice cream they say "we don't have spoons"... If you ask to use a spoon from the area where they give you spoons forks and knives, then she says "we don't just samples here"... My mom is in the ICU, was really looking forward to having ice cream today and this is nice treat for someone suffering and going through so much pain. While my husband was here at Immanuel this was quick and fast. However the lady was absolutely rude. I had coupons that family had giving me to just help out. I asked simply for scissor to cut out "one" of the coupon to give the women. She snapped at me and said no just one. She watched me tear the coupon and I was having trouble scanning it. She continued to be rude and say right their. I finally got frustrated enough that I didn't care and paid full price for my food. I will not be returning and this needs to be addressed.... read more
It's a great place to go when I want to stuff 24" of Sandwich down my throat .
I don’t know why the girl working here on 2/18 was packed up at 9.30pm and had she had such an attitude .I asked why she was packing up and it wasn’t even 10pm and she gave me a mean look and an attitude and said she’s closed .Like I was having a busy night as a nurse and was hopeful for some food since I hadn’t packed tonight only to be met with a stinking attitude .Do better especially since you work with patients too.
