I ordered three subs from this place. The bread was so hard. You couldn’t eat it. I called back to explain that to the person at the counter. He said he Would have Kristen call me Kristen did not call me. I emailed Kristen no response. It’s been more than a week. The Meat tasted spoiled, along with the bread being bad I would not go to this place because of the poor service and no response when there’s an issue I have now emailed them twice. Still no response. I will not be going back there.
Easily the worst subway. This is third time we’ve gone there and they were either out of bread at 5 pm, or down premade flat bread, or wheat. Super disappointing. Always understaffed. Worst subway in existence
It started when I placed an online order for two veggie patty subs, only to arrive at the store to find out they were out of stock and had canceled it. Since I was already there, I decided to just order a different sub instead.When ordering the bread, there was an honest misunderstanding between the Italian bread and white bread options. Walked in with my 9 year old ready to order.I was greeted by a lady and she then coughed into her hand and proceeded to grab her gloves to prepare my order. LUCKILY someone else pulled up to the drive thru window and she chose to take that person ahead of myself and my daughter. I didn’t want to have to tell her to wash her hands I hate confrontation… So, I drove the extra 15 minutes during high traffic time to the other subway across from Save A lot .
