Waiting for some employee to attend me in the back of the store one person using AirPods maybe phone call waiting several minutes for someone to serve me really terrible customer service

I HATED MY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE ON MY WAY IN THE BUILDING I ALMOST FELL ON MY REAR END DUE TO A PUDDLE OF WATER WITH NO WET FLOOR SIGN, BUT THANKS TO MY SON WHOM CAUGHT ME I DIDN'T. KEEP IN MIND I HAVE LEG PROBLEMS SO WHEN I TOLD THEM, THEY SHRUGGED IT OFF LIKE THEY DIDNT CARE. THEREFORE I WILL NEVER GO BACK, BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE
