I went to pick up my online order around 9:15 PM, hoping to dine in since the restaurant closes at 10. The staff member informed me that dine-in wasn't available because she was alone. Initially, it felt disappointing — as a customer, I expected to be able to dine in during posted hours. That said, I understand she might have been having a tough shift or simply trying to manage everything on her own. Visited this Subway expecting a decent meal but was completely disappointed. The service was slow and unprofessional — staff looked uninterested and made us feel like we were bothering them. The sandwich was poorly made, with stale bread and barely any veggies or sauces, even after asking multiple times. The place wasn’t clean either, with tables left dirty and trash overflowing. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Not even one star worthy rating (CUSTOMER SERVICE!!) .. zero ethics how to talk to customer even manager is not taking responsibility of the action of their employees… Cannot waste anymore time regarding the worst experience anyone could have in any fast food chain ..
Poor customer service, not making proper sub, also if I ask for some extra, she makes faces which is such an inappropriate! She don’t know how to wrap a sub, all veggies & sauces are out
