Terrible service, staff are rude and unkind, they provided little in the way of kindness
These sandwich artists literally have a one second memory span.
I have been here regularly and I usually don’t have issues but today the customer service was really lacking and very disappointing the person working was very rude and ignored me when I tried to make conversation. Very disappointed and I hope the customer service gets improved.
Today went I went to this branch to get my subway sandwich. I observed some bad practices. One of the workers doesn't change gloves. I ordered Tuna sub and while she was toasting my bread she attended a next customer. That customer wanted ham. she placed the ham in his sandwich and then tried to touch my sandwich. I asked to change gloves but she didn't. She just said the next employee will finish my sub. This is a bad practice and I got disgusted with that.
