While we were waiting in line and the young lady working on an online order . Repeatedly touching her AirPod in her ear and continued fixing online order .
Ordered online through the app to the closest one. It was ready when I got there, which is great however, was poorly made and smashed. When I came in one person was helping a client et the other was staring at his phone, didnt acknowledge me at all, tables were dirty and uncleared. After the guy was done with his phone he got my sandwich... I go to su way all over on my travels, this was the worst sandwich I have ever had, including sandwichs I got that were wrong orders.. #disappointed
Thank you to the young lady who fixed my sandwiches on 8/10/2025 between 3-4pm She made them just the way my husband and I wanted them and we appreciate it so much! She was working alone and did a great job 👏

Bro y'all run two people and every time I come in some poor kid is stuck with a rush!! By themselves... whatever y'all are paying it ain't enough I can see once or twice or a certain point during the day but every single time I'm in ?...props to these kids
