The roast beef was very nasty
I had a very poor customer service experience during my visit today. There was only one staff member on duty, but instead of focusing on customers, she was mostly engaged in conversation with someone who appeared to be a friend, hanging around near the cash register. We arrived around 9:40 PM, and as soon as she handed us our sandwiches, she told us the store was closing in 16 minutes—clearly hinting that we should hurry up and leave. I ordered 2 subs and a footlong cookie for delivery. What I received was 2 soggy cold subs, they didn't even heat up the chicken. I also received no cookie. I have tried to call at least 20 times but the recording says they are busy helping other customers. No one ever answers the phone. All I want is an adjustment to my bill and a refund to my credit card for the price of the missing item and all related fees which include the tax, delivery fee, service fee, and driver tip, since they are all contingent on the price of the ... read more
The air was not working and I saw mold on the metal part where the food is stored. I told the girls at the counter and one just looked at me and the other one just said that's where the widow comes down.
I got to the subway at 9:30 and the sign said they closed at 10pm. I pulled on the door I realized it was locked and the worker unlocked the door for me. The chairs were on the tables. As soon as I walked in she yelled “I have a customer” to which the person in the back replied “how did he get in I locked the doors.” Had bare minimum toppings and still messed up my order, 10/10 don’t waste your time at this location absolutely horrible service. I asked for ham and got some dry turkey.
