I'm came here to give 5 stars and just to say the young man (I did not catch his name) that was working at this store today around 3:30pm is PHENOMENAL!! He deserves a raise. He was pleasant from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out. He was very professional, kind and had remarkable customer service skills!! Thank you!! Kindness goes a long ways!!
This place has gone down hill they can never get an order correct and it's never on time . I placed an order at 1:30 for pickup at 5:15 and they never have it ready when I get there it's always late why preorder on the app if they can't tell time. This is the third and last time I order from this location. Three strikes and you are out.
Very disappointed in guess they don't know what light mayo means more mayo and mustard on the sandwich then meat i guess when u get the second sandwich for a doll...u get 1 sandwich in to ..it was terrible...I want be back
If I could have given you no stars I would have. This is the second time I've ordered off the app and they didn't have what I ordered. At least the first time they offered me something else this time I said I'd take a 6 inch instead and asked for a cookie to replace the other 6 inch I wasn't getting and they said they can't do it. These girls were in there laughing and acting like it's funny. Well you've now lost a frequent customer.
Haylee is always there killing it. Seems like she never really had any good help to take some stress off. But she's always killing it with a smile on her face. Only complaint is ordering online and then having to wait 20mins after it says to show up waiting on my sandwiches.
