The air was not working and I saw mold on the metal part where the food is stored. I told the girls at the counter and one just looked at me and the other one just said that's where the widow comes down.
I got to the subway at 9:30 and the sign said they closed at 10pm. I pulled on the door I realized it was locked and the worker unlocked the door for me. The chairs were on the tables. As soon as I walked in she yelled “I have a customer” to which the person in the back replied “how did he get in I locked the doors.” Had bare minimum toppings and still messed up my order, 10/10 don’t waste your time at this location absolutely horrible service. I asked for ham and got some dry turkey.

Lunch time and we ordered 2 meals one sub was all cold and soggy and the other hard as a rock! Not toasted crunch but more like OLD maybe 3 days old hard couldn’t even eat it. They also saw 2 meals but didn’t give 2 cups for drinks I had to ask and the side was chips for one and cookies for the other and they ignored that and said I only paid for cookie but yet receipt showed chips for one of the meals! Horrible service/staff and food!!!
