We went in there to get Steak n Cheese Sandwiches. Wich they did not have. And when the young Boy named Jayce, said out loud we have no Steak. 2-3 People left the Store. We ordered the Italian BMT.when arriving Home, we opened our Sandwiches and instead of the ordered Vinaigrette it had sweet Teriyaki Sauce and something spicy on it.so I called the Store to speak to Jayce to let him know that he prepared the Sandwiches incorrectly. The food was terrible! Not what I have ordered ! One employee.. rushed ob iously and not very friendly. First of there was not what we wanted and came for at the store.. no steak.. no cheese.. we choose different but arriving home.. none of the 4 footlings were correct ! We called theMonence store.. the you g man named Jayce was very rude u friendly and not willing to make this botched up order good! We will never go back. Subway last a great costumer!
That girl with the long black hair and tattoos has an attitude problem. Looked through other reviews, seems to be a problem....guess you guys don't care
I never got the chance to eat because i walked out before i could order. I walked in with coupons that were outta date so i went back to my car to get the right ones. When i came back in i was told i looked like a scammer . I chuckled because i thought it was a joke. She proceeded to use cusswords. She also said i didnt look like i could pay for it. I understand it was closing time but that was pathetic gi gi.
The past two times I have been there the girl with the tattoos and black hair has had an attitude. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch both times and each time she got the sandwich wrong, first time no cheese and the second time no ranch. How do you forget the ranch when its in the name?
