I arrived to the store, there was a personal stuff talking on the phone, he even came to tell me, " sorry , just a moment or something like that , showing professionalism " , he just keep speaking on the phone and me waiting . Please if you gonna do something like that maybe u should do that unless u have someone helping the costumers.. I ran out of time , some people has things to do , it can't make us wait to long till they finish whatever they were doing when I went there.
Sandwich is very good! Fresh. Place is super clean. Would recommend!
It is run by a husband and wife team. They are very friendly and even make suggestions on sauces, cheeses, and such. Great conversationalist. Will be sorry to see them move. They will be at the Walmart in Federal way subway store. Usually I show up with my daughter and she loves the subs he makes for her. Update: The Husband and wife moved to a different Subway in Federal Way. Now customer service went way down. The guy that helped us was on his phone the whole time with a headset. kept trying to make us something we didn't ... read more
