I have a coupon for a free Subway sandwich. I always buy at this location and I regularly use the rewards app. Today, when I tried to redeem my coupon, they told me that it is not valid at this location. I do not understand how that makes sense, since they have no problem scanning and accepting my reward points every time I purchase there. I even asked the employee if we could at least try scanning the code to see if it would work, and they gave me a firm no and refused to even attempt it.
