My sandwich had shredded chicken instead of cubed. It was also missing 3 of the toppings I ordered. The only reason to go here is that they accept the special offers
Unfortunately this particular franchisee location chooses to have higher prices than other locations on some of their products & also chooses not to participate in some of the sub-club coupon offers. Employees & service are great. The Sub-Way location in Marlette, so far, has accepted all sub-club offers & certain products are priced lower than the North Branch location & is also a different franchisee.
I've ordered subs twice in the last month at the North Branch store. Once I went in and ordered, the other order was online & picked up in store. Both times my order was handled great! The sandwiches were fresh & tasty. The workers were very nice and made me feel like they valued me as a customer.
