I'm a regular subway customer. This Subway throws those out of the window. Firstly, we were behind 4 other customers and the employee did not change her gloves once. When I asked her to change ger gloves she rolled her eyes before doing so. Secondly, both employees were incredibly rude, I've worked in customer service for years and I know how it is so I ALWAYS treat everyone behind the counter with tons of kindness and respect. App didnt work properly! Not the stores fault. Walking to the back after and not taking my order was the frustrating part.
