She was so nice, and the food was amazing!
wasting of money, I ordered 2 veg. 12inch subs but it was very bad they used old vegetables and cold veggies patties. Server Meena was very rude.
My recent visit to Subway was extremely disappointing. The employee showed a complete lack of customer service from the start. There was no greeting, and she didn't bother to ask about my order preferences. When I requested a veggie patty, she initially claimed they were out, despite them being visible. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the employee’s attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming—as if she didn’t want us there at all. There was no eye contact, no greeting, and an overall lack of professionalism. I normally write positive reviews and I understand that everyone has off days, but the interaction went beyond that.
