Just waited 5 minutes for the guy to come out from back. He put on gloves and started my sandwich, then said "hang on" and answered his phone with his gloves still on. Unsanitary, disgusting, bad service.

This is the last time I give this subway a chance. This was the second time I have walked out while they were making my sandwich because of how utterly unsanitary they are. I have an autoimmune disease, and I don't like people being complacent while touching my food. First, the preparation area was disgusting.
