Good experience
Absolutely unacceptable behavior and zero customer service. I placed an online order at this Subway location and asked my boyfriend to pick it up. I specifically requested a sauce on the side, but it was put directly on the sandwich. When I tried it, I hated it, so we went back to politely ask for it to be remade. The staff member’s reaction was completely uncalled for. She snatched the receipt from my boyfriend’s hand, threw it at him twice, and started screaming in his face, swearing, and accusing him of lying — all in fro... read more
It was my first time at this location and i must say Paras prepared my sandwich (tandoori spiced mozz and veggie )very delicious. He is professional, and provided good customer service. Highly satisfied.
