Rude. If there was a Zero star option I would. Service was awful, we tried to place an order on the app. It never came off the processing screen, we reloaded and it sent us back to Home Screen. Tried again, same thing. So we called the store to check if they had gotten the order or not, if not we’d just drive and come in. Don't get the nachos they are a joke and you can't customize them poor quality and very rude service asked for double meat and got single
My order was made incorrectly and the service was poor. The two young boys working there were very unprofessional and joking around in front of myself and other customers. They also were swearing. I also felt as if my ingredients on my sandwich were not fresh.
Just bought a sub at 11:30. Breaded clearly cut in half and left over from yesterday. Hard as a rock. Had to decline tomatoes as they were clearly old and looked awful. Really disappointing experience.
