Service is absolutely terrible and I will be speaking with corporate!! Store closes at 9:30 and Online orders clearly state do not place orders after 9pm. I placed my order 8:30 was told to arrive at 9 and when walking up to the door the worker locked the door on me and turned off the lights and proceeded to clean up as if I wasn’t there. Didn’t open the door to state they closed early no apologies just completely nothing. I ordered 2 sandwiches on way to work. I specifically put toasted in notes. After I could not eat them because I was on my way to work and couldn’t go back I called and told them my situation and they didn’t care to make it right nor refund so stay away. From this location
I ordered a steak sandwich and got a 1 a scoop of meat The rest was vegetables. I've never. I've gotten this treatment from another subway
12/8/2025 on this day the la salle location closes at 9:30pm (it’s a Monday) the current worker was locking up the doors at 8:40pm. I am extremely upset about this and hope that action is taken so this doesn’t happen again.
