I visited the Subway in Italy, Texas, and ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was not baked properly at all. As shown in the photo, it was falling apart. When I told them, after I paid, one employee named Dakota called another staff member over, and both of them removed their name tags. However, I did manage to read Dakota’s name. I urge management to retrain staff on how to properly make the pizza, and ensure customers only pay after they receive their order.
Bread was not very soft for a sandwich to be made on which definitely takes away from the enjoyment.
Great place for lunch. Use thier app for free perks. Eevee built my sandwich she was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and even added extra when I asked. After ordering three sandwiches you get a free one. I took advantage got one for lunch the next day.
