Horrible experience and terrible customer service. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak using the app. The app asked if I want the bread toasted or not and I picked not toasted like I did millions times before ordering the same sandwich before. I got my sandwich but when I unwrapped it and took the first bite, the steak and cheese were freezing cold literally hard from being taken off the freezer. I placed a mobile order on 5/19/25. My sandwich wasn't exactly as ordered, but close enough. However, I threw it away after the first bite because the meat tasted old/off.
Overall not bad, sandwich was made correctly and tasted pretty good. Just didn’t seem like everything was that fresh. The station has nice bathrooms and other things you can buy to eat as well.
