Wonderful experience, very nice employees who exceed in expectations in how the sub sandwich is made, as well as their positive attitude and being very kind in general. Definitely would recommend coming to this subway anytime!
We visited the Center Street branch today because we were excited to try the coupons. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff were not welcoming and rude specially the indian guy. They seemed more focused on finishing orders quickly rather than providing good service. Our order was not prepared properly—the bread was not heated, and no sauce or dressing was added. When we raised this, the staff mentioned they were in a rush due to many orders. Paid for extra meat and got the normal amount if not less. Seems like the quality of service has gone way downhill lately. Won't be going here again.
