The older lady with glasses was so mean and impatient. She literally drummed her fingers on the counter whilemy children and I ordered our food. There was NO ONE in the line or in the Drive Thru. Worst service experience EVER in Sutherlin. Her poor coworker lost out on his tip because of her bad attitude
I ordered through the app and waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes. My salad didn’t have everything I asked for!

Grabbed some sandwiches for dinner. Ordered online and drove from Roseburg. Everything was ready, hot and fresh when we arrived. Soda machines were down, but not an issue for us. Polite staff and easy, simple process. Best subway left around for us.
First time going to a Subway in at least 6 or 7 yrs. The young man working at just after 5pm this evening was very polite & patient. He turned my turkey, bacon avocado wrap into a yummy salad, & i was to.d the ultimate BMT was awesome. He even told me they can make the Philly into a salad!! I can't wait to try it!
