I'm usually very patient with customer service employees, but today (3/31/26) the ones that were suppose to make the food just walked away from the counter after taking care of the customers that were there before me.... I was picking up an online order, that should have been done. But given they got busy, I was waiting patiently for them to start it. Some times it's the food sometimes it's the atmosphere. Well if you have had subway you know what to expect , what I didn't expect was the exceptional service Anthony and Rachael provided. I will return because of them
1) they got a sandwich on my order wrong and made us pay for another correct sandwich. 2) There a blind kid was trying to read the menu and was having a tough time and the associate told the kid, "if you cant read the menu, then you cant eat here". The associate was extremely rude so my daughter read the menu for him. The associate also got mad at that.
This place will rip you off. They don’t even try to hide it with there double fuel signs with different placing on them.
