Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a combo meal, but I only received the sandwich. The chips and drink were missing, even though I paid for the full combo. The sandwich was also cold and missing some of the ingredients that I ordered. This order should have been checked before it was sent out. I expected much better quality and service. I hope Subway improves its quality control so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
I understand it’s a busy holiday weekend but wow. Worst subway experience I’ve had in my life. Clearly in a hurry, very rude, and to top it off I pulled a hair out of my sandwich.
