Slowest subway ever. Waited 20minutes for my pickup order and ended up leaving because they still didnt even start it.
This store ripped off my girlfriend by taking a stamp from her app and not giving her the free sandwich that she had earned. Now the app shows only 1 stamp instead of the two she had. She was charged for both sandwiches. Which she talked to the manager on duty they became rude towards us. The new employee who had messed up the order kept apologizing, but the manager continued to be rude. She even drew all over the receipt we have printed that shows that we were owed a free sandwich. Stopped by for lunch today, used my rewards app with 2 stamps already on it. Paid full price for both footlongs ordered. After I finished eating, I realized that one of my subs should have been free. Went up to the register and found out a new employee helped me, so they went to get the manager. Who proceeded to tell me that it takes 48hrs for my free footlong to show up on the app. When I've gone to other Subways have have gotten my free sub the same day.
