I am a local customer I come once a week. I’ve always had the best experience in the food has always been great. Today was a total disaster. I was on my lunch break for 30 minutes. They messed up my order. They told me to come back they would replace it. I got there. The first lady lady was very very friendly. And apologized and told me to just keep the sandwich that I did have she will replace it and make a new one. She took out my order. Yo my dude Mateo is the best sandwich maker I’ve ever seen. Freaking 10/10 service right there.
We love MATEO!!
Mateo never does me wrong. He hands down makes the best meatball marinara on Italian herbs and cheese, provolone and Parmesan cheese, toasted with a side of lays baked potato chips and medium Dr Pepper I’ve ever had. If there were more employees like Mateo in the world it would be a better place. You deserve a medal Mateo for making subway and the world a better place. 10/10
