Just showed up to Colfax Subway at 9:30 pm. Google says they are open until 10. Door says they are open til 10. Somebody inside cleaning up woth door locked. Unprofessional. Not coming back.
My disabled son had to use the rest room real bad i was gonna get food but i needed him to use the restroom well the girl said nope buy something first i said ok almost missed my greyhound cuz my son walks slow handicapped they dint care
I had a great experience at this Subway location. The shop was very clean and well organized, which made the whole visit pleasant. Kristin helped me with my order and she was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was also very fast and the orders were prepared quickly. It’s always nice to see employees who take pride in their work and treat customers so well. Thank you, Kristin, for the great service! I’ll definitely be coming back.
They didn't have our online order ready, then refused to start it as person after person came in and we waited with our 3 small kids, unable to "get in line"because they "have to help in store customers first". We were in the store too! The worker couldn't cancel the order, nor could we cancel online. What shoukd have been 2 minutes became 45!!! Will never order subway again, especially from colfax.
