I don’t know why they are Prioritizing online orders when there’s people right there in front of them. The person that took care of me was great, but Blake made me uncomfortable to be around. Like don’t we have headsets on that we can communicate with? Why are there customers knowing what’s going on?
I'm pretty disappointed in the mess that was my lunch today. Pre-ordered pretty early in the morning, so that I could drive from work to pick up this wonderful sandwich that I had been looking forward to. Imagine, if you will, opening this nicely wrapped package only to find your condiment of choice (mayo in this case, if you must know) made it as far as the paper, and subsequently, the outside of the bread. Ordered online for two sandwiches the receipt said toasted but our sandwiches were not toasted both sandwiches were drowning in our dressing so much it leaked through the wrapping paper. Honestly very disappointing.
