I ordered a footlong sandwich to be delivered- I got a 6 inch. When I tried calling, nobody picked up for 2 days. I went online to file a complaint and the owner responded that they’d send me a coupon for a free 6 inch- never got that coupon. I followed up with them and they never got back to me. Such bad customer service.
Shout out to James for the 10/10 service everytime we come in!
I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. There were 2 people ahead of me, and the service was fast and accurate. The meat, and vegetables were higher quality and fresher than in the past. This location is nearby my home so I'm very pleased to be able to stop there more frequently than in the past 2-3 years. The prices are great too.
From Cameron and Jacob to Kristy the manager, I have not had any problems at this location. Everyone is polite and friendly. Not only do they know my order the moment I walk in, they are always engaging in conversation not only with me, but other customers. When it’s busy they still acknowledge me and other customers and apologize for the wait. I appreciate each of the employees and hope they don’t go anywhere anytime soon!
