Well, I come in and this lady is appearing to train this young man in the back room, but I can see them right past the door. Then he happens to see me and the lady comes out and grab some gloves and says what can I get you I said are you gonna wash your hands and she said I washed them back there so if I didn't see him, you didn't wash them And I said there's a sink back there and she said yeah they're there in the dishwasher and so I can see you right there at the corner of the door you didn't wash your hands. Sandwiches poorly made. service was low quality. and we get home open our sandwiches neither of them were completely cut in half and there was a BONE in the steak. probably won’t return to subway for a long time if ever. disappointing.
Called out Marion Iowa Store after trying to complete the foot-long Bogo sale. My payment method wouldn’t go through so I called the local store to find out what was going on only to be told by the district manager That not only are they not trained on the online orders they are not trained in the third Party company that handles the online orders so despite the money being taken out of my account, the district manager was no help and had no sandwiches for me. We ordered online and they didn’t have cookies My steak and cheese sandwich was cold I ordered extra meat and really didn’t get any meat. It was just disappointing.
