It's good but located in the most hidden, secluded area of the hospital. It may as well be a secret operation and I would not have found it without assistance. edit: not sure if leadership in this chain has switched since the first few visits I made but it has really declined drastically. I only gave it a star for the fact it's conveniently located in the hospital a floor down from where we need to go. However, the service was terrible. Employees seem miserable to be there and just sloppily throw your food together. My sandwich was soggy and falling apart all over when I opened it not even minutes after it was made. Also don't even bother asking for it toasted because you're just wasting your time and it comes out the same as it went in.
