Manpreet and Suman are excellent Subway team members who consistently deliver great customer service. They made a very delicious sandwich perfectly prepared, fresh, and exactly as requested. They are friendly, polite, and create a welcoming environment for customers. Both of them work efficiently even during busy times and maintain great hygiene and cleanliness standards. Their teamwork and positive attitude make the whole experience better.

The most rudest store I have been too. The workers are rude and the service is deplorable to say the least. I asked the worker to make my sandwich again as I was unhappy and she refused to do so. She then placed avocado so abruptly on my sandwich that she tore the bread and all the salad fell out. I was unable to eat this. I’ve never received such poor service at a food chain. I am disgusted and will ensure I never come here again and advise people not to attend this store.

Great service at Subway Roxburgh Park thanks to Japleen (Jap). She is friendly, professional, and always makes sure the order is done perfectly. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stand out. A true asset to the store.

Such rude staff!!! Went yesterday night to grab me something to eat and I wish I didn’t go to the subway in Roxy. The lady serving me seemed like she didn’t want to work. Please don’t hire staff who don’t want to work and take it out on customers!
