Be prepared for horrible customer service if you decide to visit this location. I went and ordered a sandwich, which the employee began making with unwashed hands and no gloves. I had to ask him to put gloves on. Then after finally making the sandwich, I scanned the free “sub club” coupon I had, which was a deal subway ran for the past month or so where if you bought 3 footlongs, the 4th is free. Amazing stuff and sandwiches! The store is always spotless and the staff is super friendly and efficient. The manager/owner always recognizes me and remembers my order. Highly recommend!
I am going to boycott Subway, especially this location. Franchise owners in Charlottesville are awful. And tight. They are so adamant about what we can't have. They are cheap. No extra napkins. No extra ingredients. No honored coupons. They are only about profit not customer service. And they are so nastily and adamantly vocal about it. No. No. No. is all they say.
