This restaurant is consistently late, rude, and lacking ingredients. They have organizational issues, and are generally unhelpful and apathetic, even when not busy. It's really frustrating to order a sandwich 20 or 30 minutes in advance and for them to not even start working on it until after you get it there.
Wanted a sidekick and the lady said she had no thawed flatbread and she wasn't going to thaw any out today
The 2 girls who work nights are extremely rude. After one night of bad service picking up a mobile order they couldn’t find it at first because they left by their handsink the girl was extremely rude eating one of their applesauce pouches, my order wasn’t complete and I asked how to go about getting a refund the girl started yelling at me in front of my child. the manager the next morning said it wasn’t complete because the girls didn’t want to walk to the freezer where they had the product.
