Charged a tip without asking me , customer service is terrible workers are rude. cashier told me total was 15.87 when I saw my receipt later in the car I saw my total was actually 19.04 so they charged me a 3.17 tip without telling me.
Young kids making mistakes like usual. Clean yes but when I asked if they can redo my order they completely ignored me and handed me what I didn't want so I compliantly walked out. They make the mistakes and don't want to fix them when I explained everything clearly.
You ask for extra for extra charge? Forget it, the employees say their manager says they’re not allowed to do ANYTHING EXTRA FOR EXTRA CHARGE, that’s a whole load of bologna, I asked for extra steak for extra charge, and apparently their MANAGER tells them they’re not allowed to do it at all, when I go to the one near the highway and they ARE able to add extra steak for and extra 75cent charge, honestly what kind of location would Denys the additional profit, I don’t understand, it’s honestly annoying because it’s obvious th... read more
