Ordered online, did not receive a sandwich. After much fuss & like 10 days I am FINALLY going to get my refund
Have went there several times and usually don't complain but the guy that was there today just completely ignored the build to all together didn't toast my sandwich or put correct toppings or read the special instructions would like management to reach out
Fresh, Quick and Easy ordering, also dining area clean.
They never have any staff or food. They only have one person working all the time but I’ve never heard of a subway not having food. It’s not the employees fault because “she’s the only one working and can’t get time to prep when she’s dealing with customers.” This area is busy and one employee is not enough but with the way corporations are it’s no wonder they don’t have staff. Went there on Oct 3 @4:31:13, the person that waited on "apologized" for my wait stating they were in the backn "prepping" stuff. I gave her the first and was told sorry, don't have enough meatballs for footlong, asked for 6 inch not enough, sorry can I make recommendations. Told her other sandwich and was going to get protein bowl until I saw lettuce which was brown and spinach that was old and wilted, so her to forget it and I would just take one sandwich.
